The Hope Walk is a fun, family friendly 6K fundraiser in which participants of all ages are encouraged to collect donations to help support the 2011 Summer of Hope. It's a great team-building opportunity for individuals, families, companies and groups of friends. Along with the heart-healthy and community building 6 kilometer walk/run, there will also be food, festivities, and entertainment that you will look forward year after year.


Be a Team!

All ages are invited to form teams, collect pledges and Walk or Run in honor of a child who needs a family, or in celebration of a child who has been adopted. Anyone may participate in this family-firiendly event, regardless of age or ability.

Wherever your desires and talents lead you, WE HAVE A SPOT FOR YOU!

  • INDIVIDUALS: Collect pledges and walk with us on June 11th.
  • FAMILIES & GROUPS: Partner with us in creating and sponsoring a team. 
  • VOLUNTEERS: Join the planning team and/or help the day of the event.
  • BUSINESSES: Sponsoring companies will receive prominent and highly visible recognition to a large group of loyal and dedicated consumers.


DAY OF THE EVENT:  Registration is from 9:00 - 9:45am. Walk/Run starts at 10:00am. Join us after the event for a picnic lunch, silent auction and prizes for those who raised the most money. All you need to bring is water and a picnic blanket
